In 2015 the Insurance Corporation of B.C., in view of the growing Chinese population, began to offer Chinese as an option to submit claims. On November 26, 2015, in a ceremony to launch the Chinese-speaking claims option, Mr. Tony Lau, representing the insurance brokers of British Columbia, introduced the new claims service to the public.
